Lubenham Planning Applications

Planning Applications are submitted to Harborough District Council for consideration. Applications may be determined by an officer or they may be heard by a planning committee or in exceptional cases the whole council. Details of the planning committee meetings are shown in the HDC Council Calendar. The Agenda for the forthcoming meeting is published at least 3 days prior to the meeting.

Whilst the Lubenham Parish Council is a consultee and considers and comments on applications affecting the parish, the controlling authority is Harborough District Council who can choose to take on board or ignore our comments.

Parishioners are advised to view and comment on applications in their area. Details of these can be found on https://pa2.harborough.gov.uk/online-applications/search.do?action=simple&searchType=Application using the appropriate reference number.
